Information we collect
When you apply, we collect your name, distributor username, email address, mobile number, and application consent record. If you become a member, we also store questionnaire answers, training progress, profile details you choose to share, community activity, support conversations, and relationship notes you create.
How we use it
We use this information to review applications, secure accounts, build your training path, save progress, provide human support, moderate the community, and operate Team Mojo. Application contact permission is limited to your application and account unless you separately choose to receive marketing.
Who can see it
Authorized Team Mojo operators can review application and operational information. Member-facing profile and community information is limited to the Team Mojo workspace according to the controls shown in the product. Private lead notes, questionnaire results, and coaching conversations are not public social content.
Service providers
Team Mojo uses service providers such as Vercel for website hosting and Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. They process information only to provide those services under their own security and privacy commitments.
Retention and choices
We keep information while your application or account is active and as reasonably needed for security, compliance, dispute resolution, and platform operation. You may ask to access, correct, or delete applicable account information. Some records may be retained where required for security or legal obligations.
Security and age
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and private workspace boundaries, but no online system can promise absolute security. Team Mojo is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
